Although many wild boars are culled, only a small portion is utilized as game meat. With the belief of “connecting life,” we carefully salt-rub the hides ourselves, then work with professional tanners for tanning and natural dyeing. Through this process, and with meticulous craftsmanship, each piece becomes a HUMMINGBIRD-branded gibier leather product. Because we use genuine wild hides, each item features natural marks, scars, and variations from natural dyeing.
